Kristen Cariglia

Kristen Cariglia has worked at the Center since 2006. She has served as an Autism Support Broker for the Autism Waiver program since that time. She became the Director in 2021. Prior to working at the Resource Center, Kris was employed as an ABA therapist for HMEA, working with children with Autism in the Worcester area.

Kris’s knowledge of services in the region is second to none. She is detail oriented and organized, which helps families she interacts with to feel as if there is a path to follow and that they can make progress with small easily achieved steps. Her calm demeanor and resourcefulness is a comfort to those she serves.
