Cooking Skills Advanced Couse, Week Day Series
July 25, 2022 – July 29, 2022, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

In-person event at Center, 712 Plantation St. Worcester

This is a week long course for participants to improved their cooking skills, obtaining a greater sense of  independence, self-efficiency, and confidence in the areas listed below.

– Cooking and meal preparation

– Knowledge of healthy eating, nutrition, and food selection

–  Developing food budgets, grocery lists, shopping with Instacart.

–  Food safety, storage and sanitary procedures.
