Meet M-Bot STEM for kids 10-14 years old February 25-March 25, 2021

We will be using m-Bot, make block education entry level programming.

9 middle schoolers and their Adult partners will have the chance to build this little robot and learn how to program it.  Pairs must commit to all five weeks, there is apossibility of the group continueing for a few extra weeks.

You will need to pick up the kit at the Center. Only one kit will be issued per family.

STEM is an Acronym that stands for Science Technology Engineering and Math. These subjects have a natural appeal for kids on the spectrum and they often excel in concrete subjects. Education in STEM will promote critical thinking and problem solving. Thank you to a grant from St Gobain and Nypro we are happy to offer a 5 week program which aligns with STEM. Using  m-Bots participants will complete projects each week learn coding and  building confidence.
