This is a 6- week course for participants to develop new or improved basic cooking skills, obtaining a greater sense of  independence, self-efficiency, and confidence in the following areas:
Basic cooking and meal preparation / Knowledge of healthy eating, nutrition, and food selection / Developing food budgets, grocery lists, shopping with Instacart / Food safety, storage, and sanitary procedures.
